Redesign for the existing cart for mail delivery. Process included user research and observation. Research revealed needs that were addressed with the following solutions:

- foldable (storage at facility)
- increased wheel size for easier sidewalk lift
- balance point for back wheels, allowing mail bags to be placed front-back and balance weight at side-walks or stairs
